Everyone hates sunburn, especially when it's itchy and sore and you can't sleep.
I found a foolproof way of relieving the pain and the redness the NIGHT you have sunburn.
All you need is:
Exfoliater pad/body scrub
A COLD bath/shower (this is a necessity as otherwise you're heating up the burn which is very painful!)
And some aftersun/body lotion preferably anything with aloe Vera in (but if you're allergic, anything with vitamin E in is good.)
What to do:
Start by showering/sitting in the cold bath making sure all of the burnt skin is submerged/covered.
Once it's cooled a little, pour body scrub onto the burnt skin and rub until it doesn't hurt anymore. (You may need to reapply/shower in between adding scrub)
Then rinse until you're no longer covered in scrub.
This is when it should look less burnt looking but still red.
Then smother yourself in aftersun/body lotion every 20 mins and lotion before sleeping.
And repeat if necessary!!
